J&J Heating and Air Conditioning provides installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement services for residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
All service appointments are subject to technician availability, geographic service area, and system eligibility.
We reserve the right to decline service if conditions at the job site are unsafe or outside our professional scope of work.
- Estimates and Pricing
Estimates or quotes provided (verbally, in writing, or through our Site) are not binding until confirmed by J&J Heating and Air Conditioning in a signed work order or service agreement.
Prices are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. Additional labor, materials, or system requirements identified during the service may result in updated pricing, which will be communicated before work continues.
Promotional offers or discounts may not be combined unless specifically stated.
- Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For installation projects, deposits may be required before work begins.
