Maintenance Program

When it comes to HVAC equipment, many costly repairs can be avoided with proper preventative maintenance. Inspections alone don’t meet the maintenance requirements specified in your owner’s manual. Failing to address issues or remove debris and corrosion on a regular basis can negate your system’s warranty. With over 50 years of experience maintaining a variety of systems, J&J Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. has the knowledge and skill to ensure your equipment is properly maintained.

We achieve this through our 20-point maintenance program. When you enroll in the program, one of our skilled technicians will visit your home twice a year to perform a 20-point inspection and tune-up on all covered units. Cost varies based on number of units and type of equipment.

Maintenance Program Benefits

Those who enroll in our maintenance program experience a number of benefits, including:

  • 10% discount on parts for additional work needed on equipment covered by your maintenance plan.
