J & J Heating & A/C, Inc is an established local HVAC company with over 50 years in business looking for a team member to grow with us. Looking for an energetic, attention to detail, task oriented person, with a pleasant phone manner and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. We have a 15,000 customer base and need someone who can answer phones, direct calls, schedule appointments, process data entry, and other various office tasks. Qualified candidates should have prior customer service experience and office experience. This is a full time, entry level position and pay will commensurate with experience.
